[at-l] Four Pines Hostel

I receive the posts to this list in digest format, so that may explain why I
haven't yet seen anyone make the suggestion to alert other hikers to the
potential for problems at the Four Pines Hostel or from the remnants of the
Ratpack. Even hiker FUBAR, who the Constitution says must be accorded the
presumption of innocence until found guilty in a court of law (fat chance!)
may have already returned to the AT by now. Once the shock and awe of this
incident fades, it wouldn't surprise to hear more reports of "inappropriate"
behavior connected to the participants. A copy of Moose's diary entry of
June 10th placed in shelters, hostels and at other strategic points along
the Trail might help to avoid further incidents. I would do my part but I
live too far away, on Long Island.
