We have one and have only used it one night so cannot really comment.  A friend of ours has had an EXO 2 for about a year, and used in a week long trip in the rain along the Bay of Fundy.  He said there was no problem with the rain or condensation despite the fact that it is single wall. He really loves it. He had tried the EXO 1 but returned it finding it too cramped. 

Apparently many people use the EXO 2 as a single person tent. There is lots of room and only weighs 3 pounds 10 ounces.  

This weekend we are going to give our EXO 2 a test to see if it roomy enough for 2 of us for long distance. If it is too cramped but works well, we may consider getting an EXO 3, which is only 5 pounds and would be very roomy.  Another friend, who is very short, will be trying out her EXO 1.
