Hey Redness!

What I did when I had a big old external frame Jansport was to go to the
bicycle shop and get a water bottle and cage. The cage will attach using
one of the screws that holds the top frame bar.  The bottle is then
directly over your shoulder, and all you do is reach up to get a drink.
This isn't a good set up for bushwhackin, but works just fine for most of
the AT
