I don't really know.  I never went over to find out, so it was all 
hearsay.  By Friday
night the springs were apparently open for use again. I didn't go try 
them out.
I plan to vacation in Hot Springs at some point though.  I'll try them 
then.
(Assuming they're not flooded.)

I decided I'd rather be sick on the trail than sick at home.  :)  But my
cooties weren't especially virulent.
