[at-l] Maptech AT CDs

In a weak moment a few years ago, I bought the NE CD from Maptech. My initial
impression was that it wasn't very useful. But neither have I seriously tried to
learn the program.

 If one can get the entire trail for $30, I probably would buy it -- and will,
 if I get around to it!

 The changes in the trail from year to year are increasingly minor. The corridor
 has been established by the US Congress. Nothing major can happen without an
 act of Congress.

 And other than reluctantly appropriating money for corridor purchases, I
 haven't heard of Congress doing anything significant dealing with the trail in
 years.
