[at-l] Forest Service Blocks E-Mail Comments

I have been blocked from sending any email to anyone in the Forest Service
since December. I can't even send to an ATC board member that is a USFS
employee or the forest service staff person assigned to NPS. They think my
whole ISP is a source of porn and return it. Since the NY-NJ Trail
Conference is on the same ISP (optonline.net), they can't communicate
either.

Neither of us have any choice of ISP for high speed service. They also
prevent sending to more that 25 people in one email so it is really hard to
send mail to many people. NYNJTC even pays extra for a business account.
