[at-l] Heel Spurs?

Sure sounds like what my heel spurs felt like. They will continue to get
worse and worse and if not treated may eventually require surgery. Get to a
good podiatrist and he will probably be able to prescribe custom orthotics.
They are not terribly expensive and probably will do wonders. I hiked on
mine on my thru-hike 2 years ago. Don't waste your time or money on the over
the counter inserts like Dr. Scholls or Spenco or any others. Good luck and
your insurance may cover part of the cost.

Bonepile.......with happy feet.
