[at-l] "Boston" and 2004 and such...



Hey Lumpy Calf, you are supposed to listen to your body so you don't do this
kind of bad stuff to it. Pushing too hard was part of what ended my running
days. Take care and heal fast. August is a ways off. You could still make
it.
