So tell us - what does it mean to you.  Nobody has said MacKaye didn't say
that - but so far all you've done is argue against what Earl Shaffer said it
meant.  You have yet to offer any explanation as to what it does mean.
Those words without context are utterly meaningless - they provide no
reference, no framework, no specifics.  And repeating them a thousand times
without context won't give them any more meaning. So why don't you tell us
what you think they mean.
