Got to be.  Of course if he is not, he might be like the DI I heard about.
Expert with a gun -- Marksman or better.  Long years of service to his
country.  He was instructing new recruits.  He came to this "city" boy who
did not seem to be paying attention. Told him to try and hit the target.
"Threw" the gun at the recruit.  The recruit snatched the gun out of the air
and fired off several quick rounds without apparently using the sights
(sp?).  Grouped all shots in the bullseye area.  Apparently the recruit was
a city boy, but he spent lots of time with his grandparents (both sides).
One side still lived out West.  One had been a trick-shot with the circus
and so had his father going back to Buffalo Bill and Annie Oakley's shows.

Then there was this new Wally World associate who came running back to the
back of a store to complain about this "old geezer" trying to help
custormers.  He was politely told that is was Mr. Sam making one of his
unannounced stops at his stores.
