[at-l] GVP G4 Pack

We used the foam in both the shoulder and hip belts. By the end of our
thru-hike the foam in the shoulder straps was pretty flat. I know it still
helped because when it slid down from my shoulders I soon felt the straps
cutting into my shoulders. I finally put a stitch thru the strap to hold the
pad up at shoulder height.
