That is a pretty severe way to deal with a GI event!  I hope the ends slow
down soon for you.

I won't be at the Tray Mtn eats and mini-RUCK. Between debating over
whether to go to my first AT maintenance event or stay at home and rebuild
a fence and recover from repair/reconstruction problems, there just won't
be time. Ya'll have fun.
