They are samples.  I do not know if you can get them outside of dentists or
a place that has dental studies: Our dental hygiene students often give out
lots of packs and I got handed a pack at Wally World one time.

You might try and write Crest and explain your situation.  Or you might try
yogiing (or is it yoging?) at a school with a dental program (either a
dentist school or a dental hygiene school).

When we hiked in 2000 our dentist gave us single use Crest toothpaste in
0.09 ounce foil packets. These are much smaller than travel tubes of
toothpaste but contain enough toothpaste for several uses. We changed
dentists and have searched the web for these, without success. Does anyone
have a source for me to call?
