You can expect to hear more from the AMC.  The letter telling you how "sad
it makes us to write you as a 'former member'" should come soon.  Then will
come the pitch about how the AMC wants you to come home so much that they
will share the cost.  Well, $10 off the family membership of $65 anyway.
