Not exactly a well known conflict, but sons and fathers died all the same, I
suspect....  The trail goes right by Shay's Rebellion Monument in Sheffield MA.

Farmers in armed revolt against the government.  The last battle, Feb 27th 1787.
Probably a pretty ugly day.  Hard to imagine what it must have been like on a
