Hopeful,

The things I had in my bounce box fell into four categories:

1=2E Resupply items
2=2E Gear Maintenance items
3=2E Things I thought I might want or need
4=2E Things to use in town

Resupply items -- Everyone's list might vary, but just go through the list =
of things you pack. Anything you use up, is going to need to be resupplied=
. Most everything on this list can be purchased along the way, so you don'=
t need to buy it ahead of time. But if you already have some, why not boun=
ce it along. In my case this included:

Socks
Bandannas (they always seemed to disappear)
Lighters
Batteries
Aqua Mira
Dental floss
Chapstick
Toothpaste
Soap
Purell
Sunscreen
Toilet paper
Band aids
Gauze pads
Spenko second skin
Antibiotic cream
Immodium
Ibuprofen
Benadryl
Gold Bond powder
Diaper rash cream
Prescription drugs
Quart size baggies
Trash compactor bags (I used these as pack liners)
Notepads
Pens
Maps
Guidebook (I carried the pages I needed)

Again, you don't NEED to have all this in your bounce box. You can buy mos=
t of it along the way. But if you already own it, toss it in.

Gear Maintenance Items -- You'll want to have stuff to maintain your gear. =
Again, most of this can be bought along the way, but if you have it, toss =
it in. Things like:

Seam sealer
Therm-a-rest repair kit
Boot wax

Things I Might Want or Need -- If there are some items that you think you m=
ight want or need, you can pack them also.

Nature guides
Ankle braces
Knee braces

Things to Use in Town:

Nail clippers
Razor
Clothes (I bounced a set of clothes (blue jeans, t-shirt, socks, shoes) to =
wear around town)
Cell phone and charger

I also had mailing labels and packing tape in my box, but this was generall=
y available at the post office.

I hope this helps.
