[at-l] prescription meds in the mail



If somebody steals the drugs that aren't in a labeled container, how do they
know what they have, and how much to charge for them? Seems to me that the
law ensures that the thieves know what the drugs are if they are labeled. If
they are in a ziplock then they are worthless to a thief.
