[at-l] Hot Chocolate.
In winter, convenience stores run out of Hot Chocolate more often than they
run out of Ice Cream. I determined, Marshmallow Fudge Ice Cream, microwaved
on =93high=94 until the lid blows off, is far richer, better tasting, and m=
ore
satisfying than their Hot Chocolate.
Two more things, a container of Ice Cream at local convenience stores is
less expensive than a cup of Hot Chocolate, and a container of Ice Cream is
larger than a cup of Hot Chocolate.
The next time you hike across a highway, you=92re cold, and see a convenien=
ce
store, you may wish to consider this alternative.
Steve
P=2ES. I subsequently refined the cooking and could make this improved
version without blowing the lid off.
P=2EP.S. - 1 Sometimes, after the lid blows off, a mess remains in the
microwave. If you have napkins and a damp sponge at the ready, the next
hiker may also be allowed to enjoy this treat.
P=2EP.S. - 2 Some time after discovering the Hot Chocolate/Ice Cream
substitution, I was diagnosed a Type II Diabetic. Could there be any
relationship between the two? I haven=92t enjoyed this (deadly?) treat in
years.
