I throw a swiss army classic in my pack for blisters etc... But I always ca=
rry a hunting knife strapped to my hip belt for protection, etc... You neve=
r know when you have to take someone or something out. Native does not go d=
own with out a fight. I sleep with it in easy reach. Leki's also can do som=
e major damage. :)
