[at-l] The favorite part of the day

I always take time at lunch for a leisurely meal and
if possible a little nap.  Sometimes I don't actually
sleep because I just can't, but getting my feet up and
letting them rest is important, I think.  It always
makes me feel refreshed and ready to do the second
half of the day.  I'm a very leisurely hiker, because
I know I may never pass that way again and I want to
take it all in...if that's possible.
