Hi Rick.
I think the new format is a direct rip-off of the DataBook's format. The
first half of Wingy's book appears to be little more than a reprint of the
DataBook in it's entirety.
In previous Handbooks Wingy incorporated the ATC's data into his own format.
Now he's just cloned the DataBook, and added his guide to the back pages.
