[at-l] Vest vs. Jacket and Down vs. Synthetic

If you go with a vest, and run into one of those (thankfully rare)
nights where you have all your garments on+your bag, and you're *still*
chilled, use some of your duct tape to seal the armhole area of your
vest to the layer underneath it, thus trapping a few more degrees of
core-heat, maybe just enough to allow a good nights sleep.
