Realistically, what would happen if one defied them (politely, of
course). I mean, what if you had a maildrop in a town?

telling me someone with a badge would EVER usurp their authority, or worse
yet avoid the use of common sense.
In the Dakota's it used to be against the law not to pick up hitchers, in
the winter time.
Hey, jail is warm with hot food, let's give it a try.  Since it's the Fed's
we'll probably have to go to Fort Leavenworth, Ks.
