Speaking of carbs, if any one can find an online translation of Settimio
Severo's preciently titled paean to Pizza, "Moretum", please post the
link, and you may have all my anchovies; a dude named Leopardi (spl?)
translated it in 1816, but i can't locate that either; maybe it'$ time
for a Tuscan road-trip for research. Yumm, Italian beer and Pizza!
