[at-l] Hiking & Low Carb Diets

OB, great advice--the conditioning is what I have been concentrating on thus
far (that and swamping out old, heavy gear!!!) In addition to the low carb,
I am following the Body for Life plan too. FYI, I would not call the low
carb diets "calorie restrictive" or even a starvation diet. I work from
home, so I am able to "graze" throughout the day...I just choose to pick
what I eat from mainly proteins, fats and to keep fiber intake up eating
certain lower carb fruits and veggies. Drinking lots of water too!
