[at-l] FT-L and PCT-L

Have you sent an intro note to either list? That would let you know you
are officially connected. Perhaps a little note suggesting an imaginary
bit of gear - titanium cot/backpack as a for instance.

You might wish to go to their archives and check how busy those lists
are, at least as compared to AT-L.
