[at-l] What happened to OT?

After Ryan asked about the list being moderated or not moderated, there
was some discussion of inserting "OT" in the subject line. This was done
briefly by some and a few still add it to the subject line of off topic
post. But this idea seems to have died on the vine. Now I have nothing
against off topic post having made my share. Except when my time is
limited. It would really be nice to have the option of filtering off
topic chatter when I'm too busy to read it and I know there are others
who feel this way also. Is it really all that much trouble to add "OT" to
the subject? I'm posting this because as we all know, "it's all about me"
 :-)
