This is very kind from a man who was just about to call the search and
rescue folks on me as I dawdled down Springer after the RUCK. Folks,
Chainsaw managed to tolerate my lack of judgement and direction,
successfully plopping me at the Springer parking lot Sunday afternoon from
the eastern approach. I got down the mountain into the park just as the sun
set, and off the approach trail and on the road as he began to warm up his
car to search for me.

I owe you, buddy!
