Well, the car checked out ok, so I'm headed south for some trail time.
Of course, I'm headed right into that mid-Atlantic snow storm.  oh well.
   Shenandoah NP is beautiful in the snow.

I decided to carry two pads - my zrest and mt washington, except . . .
having a hard time with their bulk and my pack space.  This too shall be
figured out.  It has made me put the pockets back on my Kelty Flight.
