[at-l] Wrist straps really help!!



If they are useless to you, you are not wearing them correctly.  Take your
right pole and stick your hand through the loop from the top.  Now that it
is around your wrist, swing your hand to the right, open up your thumb and
bring it down over the strap.  Now grip your pole.  This keeps you from
having to squeeze the handle  so tightly and eases fatigue on your hand
muscles.

On the left pole execute the same proceedure, but swing your hand over to
the left.

Voila!
