[at-l] Pepper Spray vs Mace

Mace is tear gas, which is really a powder not a gas, dissolved in a
solvent. Pepper spray is the Capsaicin fraction of peppers, the hot
fraction, dissolved in a solvent. I believe Mace is used by most police
departments but it is also controled in many states. You can get the pepper
spray in bear sized dispensers too.
