[at-l] Wine box thing

I have an empty Almandine Merlot 5 liter box with a
really nice plastic sack inside with a really nice turn
faucet thing which would be really nice to take water
on a canoe or car camping trip, except I see no way to
refill it without destroying it in the process?  Maybe
someone with more experience in bladders (no one has
more experience in wine) could let me know how to
refill the darn thing....or shall I continue just
carrying wine, and forget the water?
