Now that might well be a mistake.

I try to alternate between the PA and GA RUCK.  This was to be my year to go
to the PA RUCK.  However, this yaer I have a honey-do from
she-who-must-be-obeyed.  No it is not the Supper Bowl, or other
non-participatory, spectator event.  So, I now plan to be at the PA RUCK
next year.

OTOH, a totally absent Vice GACzar might provide the level of on-hand
command and control needed.

I officially nominate Chainsaw to be the Vice GACzar under OB.  Anyone else
second the nomination?  Pretty cool for a non GA resident.  Unfortunately,
as he is from out of state, he cannot run for the Czar position next year.
However, he adds a great deal to the party even if he doesn't live in the
right state.
