I had an off-list request to "tell" someone what to bring.

"Telling" someone to do anything is incongruous with and inappropriate for
the GA RUCK.  It is also totally outside my ability and authority.

I am not in-charge of anything.

I just volunteered to keep a rolling list of the semi-organized chaos and to
post revised updates once a week, or so, until someone objects, or
volunteers to take over.
