    As an alternative to the AMC huts in the Northern Presidential Range yo=
u might want to take a look at some RMC facilities run on a caretaker basis=
 and are open year-round. Both Crag Camp and Gray Knob are both enclosed bu=
ildings and are located a bit above 4200'. (They are both shown on AT Map #=
