As a Scout leader I wonder a little about the absense of counsel (which
is what leaders are in fact for) of this "group" and am heartily
disgusted by the lowest common denominator of hunters. I understand the
enjoyment people get out of hunting; I hunt myself; but I will never
understand the legislation covering hunting. The rule book for
Pennsylvania is rather thick, but I would say anyone could get a
license. And that's assuming that a hunter is legal. I can't believe
that people would allow _themselves_ to go hunting without a good
understanding of range rules and how they apply to hunting.

It's not hard to see why some people dislike hunting. Irresponsible
people that won't blame themselves for the wrong they do seem to ruin
every pastime America holds dear.

Why were no charges filed? That's the way the justice system works.
Charges must be filed if a crime was committed. People who drop charges
to be nice don't do anyone a favor.

Sorry, had to spew a little. I need a nap.
