Very unlikely. Eric Rudolph has never sought publicity or provided
warning before actions that have been associated with him. He has
previously used disguise to conceal his appearance and gender. He would
be more likely to appear among a crowd, where there would be more
opportunity for distraction and access to transportation. He would be
very unlikely to invite attention to himself by bragging on his
abilities as a voyeur.
