The  Americans  with  Disabilities  Act  improved the lives of many thousands of
people.  The problem is how do you write a law that exempts some facilities like
the  Galehead  Hut,  without opening loopholes that thousands of businesses will
try to use to thwart the intent of the law.

Obviously the ramp is silly. Humans tend to do silly things. We even write silly
things from time to time on such an enlightened list as AT-L.

Hopefully humans are still evolving and things may get better in a few millenia.
