[at-l] The A.M.C. in the White Mountains

Just wanted to take a minute and let you guys know that there's a very
lively thread going on right now on the Appalachian Mountain Club's website
regarding their lodging policies in the Whites, the preservation of the Hut
system, the shortage of alternative legit campsites,  etc.  I'm sure some of
you folks would be interested in seeing these comments, and may wish to join
the discussion, as your comments WILL be read at Club HQ in Boston (where
they'll immediately be ignored, naturally, but one never knows).

then go to "Mountains and Molehills" where you'll find the thread.
