Don't know about slides, but for prints, you might want to check out
snapfish.com.  For ~$5, they'll process and print your 36 exposure 35mm film
in about a week, and they'll store your pictures on-line for no extra
charge.  You can grab them off their site or just leave them there and
organize your "albums" on-line.

They'll even send you postage paid mailers just for the asking.

I think they have reasonable fees for additional services like a CD or
higher resolution storage on-line.

Also, if you have a digital image that you want printed, they'll do it for
$.25.
