[at-l] Ruck

Rucks happen when and where someone decides that it is a good place and a
good time for a bunch of hikers to get together. There's nothing much
'official' about them. Sounds like you may need to start your own Ruck??
There is one in MA coming up next weekend (a brand new one - someone decided
to just start their own! wohoo. wish I could be there as it really isn't
that far away, but I need more lead time than that to get a weekend off, and
now I've got a funeral on Saturday as well.)

Then there are two Rucks in January. Jan 17-19 is in Georgia. Jan 24-26
in PA. I've got the GA weekend off. Or rather - I'm taking it off,
although I haven't found someone to cover for me yet. Of course, I'm headed
to the furthest away one from me, which seems to not make a whole lot of
sense. But since I've already worked out a deal on the event tickets, I've
gotta make sure I actually get there, don't you agree?? <G>
