[at-l] dehydrating chicken



Hello Phil,

Of all the things I dehydrated for the trail, chicken was the worst.
I used canned chicken, but it never seemed to fully rehdyrate, and
would end up being really chewy and flavorless.  Definitely not worth
it... ground beef, however, was great!  It would rehydrate quickly and
actually tasted and had the texture of ground beef.  I'd cook the meat
before dehydrating.
