I read once, that warmer water (not hot) absorbed into your body more quick=
ly or more efficiently (can't remember which or where I read it)...
Something to do with...no forget it, I can't remember what it had to do wit=
h either.
Anyway, quenching your thirst, like the drink you just took was just what =
you needed, or quenching your thirst, like you are no longer thirsty or deh=
ydrated? One's mental (not me, but one of 'em is) and the other's physical=
I think. Something about the amount of sugar and other junk in the drink?
OK, I don't have a clue, just felt like taking a break from cleaning my hou=
se..
-r
p.s. I also heard once that sometimes, when you feel hungry, it's really t=
hat you're thirsty but just not thirsty enough to feel thirsty... Hows abo=
ut that?

Alright...here's a question, or so.
Does the temperature of water affect how well it quenches
your thirst and how much it helps your body? I mean, in
July, when it's 95=BA and muggy, is it better to drink water
that is 60=BA over water that is 70=BA? (I have no idea what
drinking water temperature is...I assume over 32=BA) And,
does it affect the quantity you need to drink?
