I think that my 14 yr.old has awarded me "cool mom" of the week. (scuse me
while I pick my mouth up off the floor)

He has offered, to 2 different groups (within a weeks time), for me to give
demonstrations on ultralight backpacking (to his scout troop which has never
been backpacking) and alcohol stoves (to his highschool backpacking club
[where the only ones with stoves are the adults!!]).

I must have said something right lately or this is really all a dream.

I have learned sooo much from this list but I am not sure that I am ready to
be walking the talk, or talking the walk or.... teaching it to these kids!

So here I am, to humbly ask for suggestions.... help!.... a pat on the back
saying, it's ok!
