[at-l] OT Photoshop?

I have a rather unique pic that is in baaaad shape.
Is there anyone on the list with a photo enhancement
program that would care to take a whack at cleaning it up?
It isn't Trail related.  It's a pic of a small bass with a catfish's
head sticking out of it's mouth/  The light was bad, I was too far away
and I made the mistake of taking it to a one hour photo shop <sigh>
Anyone wanna try?  Or any recommendations for a freeware
or shaeware photo program i could try?
