[at-l] dried tofu

Drying tofu was one of my dehydration disasters... it resembled little
blocks of styrofoam and rehydrated about the same. I found directions later
on the went something like: dip in boiling water for two minutes, then
freeze... then dehydrate. It's much easier to buy TVP...
The other disaster was asparagus. Anyone want some little green twigs?
