[at-l] Trip report (kinda) /Trail Magic question

One of two instances. The first was during the first HATT, when Granny
Coosa left me water (thoroughly labeled for me) at HogPen Gap, amid
gallons of other bottles, a full running stream and rain. It was just a
plain sweet act of kindness during the drought (that has yet to end).

The second was this year, but after my post hike shower. A New York
City Couple in search of Bar-B-Que north of Bear Mtn Inn sought
directions and then gave me a ride to a nice dinner, great stories and
even offered to drive me into NYC that evening. They definitely ruined
my prejudice of Damned Yankees.
