You find a small group at the Folklore Center Thursday night.  .   Not sure
of the exact amount but there is anadditional charge for camping Thursday

I have a 10 hour ride to get to the Gathering, so I was thinking of
leaving out Thursday morning and arriving there Thursday night. Are we
allowed to arrive on Thursday night? Is there an extra charge? Will
there be direction signs up by Thursday? Is anyone else going to be
there on Thursday night?
