[at-l] Water at Maine Shelters/Campsites

Papa Bear- In July all these sites had water. Most of the problems with
low rainfall will be seen along the trail (lots of the streams have
dried up), but i only crossed a couple campsites without water on my
hike and you won't be close to any of these (all in VT).

Crocker Cirque is a beautiful campsite (only tentplatforms) if your
timing is off for the sugar shack.
