[at-l] House Moving

We moved to New Hampshire in June but have not moved our personal belongings
from the Ct house yet.  We have been back in CT for the past two weeks
packing and organizing for the truck ride north.  We have run into a number
of setbacks to our plan.  And what I would really rather be doing is hiking.
After all that is what retirement is about.

First our microwave broke down.  Minor setbeck that can be replaced.  The
screen door on the house was damaged - I've repaired that.  The
washingmachine that we sold with the house crapped out on us - $200 service
charge.  My new (used) truck would not start yesterday (Thursday) - $600 for
a new fuel pump.  Then we called U-HAUL to confirm our rental truck that is
suppose to be available for pickup this morning - non available even though
the we received a written confirmation two months ago.  We are on a waiting
list with no prediction as to when it will be available.  Maybe later today
maybe next week some time.  In the mean time the new owners of our house plan
to move in tomorrow morning.  My truck may not be ready until Monday.

Everything seems to be falling apart at the moment.
